I sent my Car and house hold items on 2nd April from Kanpur to Bangalore through a packers and movers company called New Awadh Cargo Carriers, Addresses are as follows:
Address Agra Branch Office - New Awadh Cargo Carriers, Plot No. 61, Gulab Nagar Naraich, Hathras Road, Rambagh, Agra
Address Lucknow Branch Office - New Awadh Cargo Carriers, near petrol pump, Budheswar chauraha, Mohaan Road, Lucknow.
On 25th April we received car after so many trouble and struggle from packers and movers company. But in the car, we had kept One washing machine, two mattresses, pillows, cushion and car cover, which are mentioned in invoice (Billty), were missing from the car at the time of collection from Dhaba at Tumkur road Bangalore. At the time of collection of car, the company ( New Awadh Cargo Carriers) asked total amount then only he will release the car which has been paid by us and collected car with full of scratches on body. The company has troubled us a lot and didn’t hand over the washing machine, two mattresses, pillow, cushion and car cover etc.
Now the company is not picking our phone calls and we are not able to get the status. Kindly help us to get the details regarding our house hold items, please. Kindly take action against the company who had promised and made an agreement to deliver ( move) door to door from Kanpur to Bangalore but didn’t deliver the items at my door for which we had paid 100% amount as agreed at the time of collection from my door at Kanpur.
The company had passed wrong information always within 23 days of time to misguide us which is not correct and against any rules and regulations.
I request you to kindly consider my complaint request against the company ( New Awadh Cargo Carriers) and take strict action against them, please.
