I purchased in January 2016 one mobile Samsung Note 4 from Croma Retail Dwarka. It was a special sale price being a display counter piece, but warranty was assured because while buying something worth 32000 Rs. warranty is important. I have been using the phone since then but developed some power drain problem in past month or so, but due to busy schedule i was just trying to take guidance from internet google etc. for trouble shooting this problem. However problem became so serious that finally i approached Samsung Service centre but was surprised when the samsung service centre told me that phone is out of warranty already in 2015. I immeditaly went to Croma store but my problem was not listened and i was dismissed that for the display pieces there is no warranty and that they must have told this while selling. Such an important fact cannot simply be told verbally & remembered too either by sales or by client. But as per fair & ethical business practice, this fact (i.e no warranty on this sale) must be clearly on the invoice but now i feel cheated by the Croma sales. Please advise me and help me.
