And uske undar SNAPDEAL ki polytheen thi Nad Invoice bhi cut Tha.

Hi. I have gt a parcel from malaysia with reference CP301616622MY which has been stuck at INBOMC since 7th November 2016. It is just a punjabi suit material which i am sending to my supplier. Why is it taking so long?
Kindly note that i have purchase some product from online & the online seller was assign Xpreesbees delivery happines to deliver that product to me. but as of now i found that the product was deliver already to someone (not to me or any of my family member) without any Document verfication, or Call confimation. For that i called to the Xpreesbees delivery happines customer suppoer where Mr,Swpnil Sova was not even given the address of Xpreesbees delivery happines of Surat center. & just give me the complain no. With this I attached the scree print jpeg file taken from Xpreesbees delivery happines Side where clearly shown that product was deliver to pritesh Bhagat (me).
AWB 1229162175501 was committed for delivery on 14 October 2016, I have received a SMS stating I have requested for future date delivery.
Kindly confirm if my order is in safe custody, I have lost faith in your services. Your organization is not trust worthy anymore, customer care is a full ok dummy fools, with any knowledge about my consignment, and assured callback which has not happened from 14th October.
Who is responsible for this delay.
