This complaint is regarding TV booked to shipped from Pune to Dhanbad through First Flight courier. on 25th october 2016 i have booked a LED TV from Kharadi office pune along with Risk Coverage and at the time of booking they promised me that if anything happen to your TV we will refund you the full amount of TV which is 18000.
After they delivered the TV on 29th October 2016 i found my TV with damaged screen, I immediately reported about this along with the photo to the First Flight office, kharadi, pune but they said as it is holiday so our owner is not here please come to our office on 2nd Nov. I went there then they said we have requested a DRS copy so come on 5th Nov. I went on 5th then they said as DRS is not reached to us so come on monday i went there then they are saying that you should have returned the TV on 29th itself we cannot do anything. After lots of discussion they told me to write a letter to First Flight to process claim request and in the evening they refused to process claim giving a reason of glass item. from then i am taking follow up with the owner of the shop but he is saying we will process.Now from yesterday he is not even receiving my call. Can anyone help me on this as of now i am frustrated.
Cost of broken items : Rs. 18000
Please help me on this.
