Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had purchased a handset Redmi 3S on 14th Sept2016. Infact I had gifted this to my mummy. This set has shown troublesince last 3 months. I had complained to Flipkart on this, their responsewas in a standard format that I should go to service centre and get itrectified. I had rectified from service centre in the month of October andNovember. It again shown trouble of not rebooting. On contacting theservice centre, they suggested for replacement of mother board. Even afterreplacement of mother board, the problem is not resolved and it did notrebooted. *I strongly believe there is parental defect in the handset andit is beyond the capacity of service centre to repair the defect once forall. *I therefore request you to advise the concern for a replacement of thehandset immediately or refund my money.I am attaching the invoice copy for your ready reference.Thanking you and expecting a favourable response on my request.
