We have purchased a Sofa Set on 3rd OCT 2016, from Flipkart by paying full amount in advance. The deliver of the product was 3rd Nov 2016, but without any intimation the date was changed to 13th Nov.
Even on 13th November no one contacted us and changed the delivery date to 25th Nov 2016. We contacted customer support at Flipkart several times and post lot of arguement and discussion they agreed to cancel the order. The customer support executive stated that the cancel will reflect in your Flipkart account in 24 hrs. But all the discussion was not useful as they never cancelled the product and we never saw the cancel request even post 48 hrs.
Post this we again contacted Flipkart customer support and again requested based on the cancel id thay had issued in the first instance. They again said they will cancel the order and refund the amount, which should reflect in our account in 24 Hrs. Again today nothing has happened and when we called customer support they denied to cancel the order.
We requested to connect us to nodel officer or Grevience officer, but all in vain as for 30 mins the customer support executive (Krishna Salunke) and his team lead (Ziaudding urf Zia) both kept saying there are no such people at Flipkart. They just kept saying we will deliver the product soon.
Post that we found the number of grevience officer at Flipkart and called him directly. He mentioned that he will investigate and call us by 5 PM on 17th Nov, but no call.
Hence i am filing this complaint. Requets your suggestions and what action we should take. Flipkart is just using our money to their benfit and not committing anything on our product.
