I have ordered the product on 2nd Oct and paid the full amount thru credit card and till now the product is not delivered and on their website they have mentioned it is delivered on 26th Oct. I never received the product nor anyone called me to deliver the product(someone please look at the image i have attached all other customers have mentioned the same complaint that they failed to deliver the product but it is mentioned as delivered). I immediately called Flipkart customer care and sent email to the escalation teams and sent a message on twitter as well but til now my complaint is not resolved. Everyday im calling them and asking for an update but everytime a new executive will pick up the phone and saying the product is delivered. when I tell them about the complaint then they'll just transfer and after 1 hr of waiting on call the call sometimes gets connected to their escalation team, the escalation team has few well trained ladies and they're smart enough to just fool the customer by giving some templated statements and everytime shamelessly they say the same line "sorry for the inconvenience and please allow us 24hrs time to give u a firm update" and I have sent multiple emails but everytime its the same templated response (I have attached image of the same) but no one has called back or fixed the issue. Its almost 40 days now but no update yet. My bank has already imposed the fine for late payment and extra charges for not paying the amount.ANd also I have to give one month extra rent to my owner as the contract was over on 31st Oct and just to get this product i extended my stay. I need full refund and compensation along with the fine, rent and extra charges. Please look into this on priority basis. Thanks in advance.
