Hi

 

My name is karan chawla . I booked a flight pune to delhi G8-176  in 2818rs in sept. For 18oct(PNR - O5KKW2 ) On 18th oct. I reached airport 45mins before and i was in the line and the moment when i reached counter after crossed those 15 peoples display showed chennai and they closed boarding. I was shocked and still 30mins left and i requested again and again to the manager to board me. But no body helped me. They just mentioned  that sir 45mins was the time and you were late. And later they told me to wait for 5mins. near to the ticket counter and i waited almost 30 - 40mins. They modiefied my flight with next day flights of 5795rs and took 5199rs from me and gave me next flight time which is 8:50pm of 19th oct.  No one helped they took 8017rs from me. These are the policies of go air. Really disappointed. I request to the go AIR senior managers for refund. If these are the policies i won't prefer go air. Usally i travel with go AIR but now m nt satisfied. Please help 
 
 
You can check the below attched file. I require refunds. Cz as am i see i was there before 45mins even i checked the timing and display showed earlier boarding of my flight and once i reached at count after crossed the whole line of passengers that was the moment they changed it with chennai flight. I require refund asap. Kindly expedite to revert me. I charged too much and i have not received any kind of f AIR service from the managment. Its was very bad experience I won't try to book ticket further with go AIR if i will not serve with the peaceful solution.
