Based on a phone booking I was sent a link for invoice payment, when the money got deducted from the bank account, the landing page errored out. Another link for the same invoice number was sent. This time after deduction, I got the confirmation for booking.
I called the Customer Support one Anup Kumar, and he asked me to send the details of the double deduction with proof to email@example.com
I did that on the 6th, it is more than 3 days , I still have not received the refund in my bank account.
I wanted to know if there is a way I can get my money back.
