Hi, Hero Glamour----------Offered mileage 60/ ltr getting only between 40 to 42 maximum even after the 3rd service. Complained about the issue to the Branch manager (Bhanu Hero, Hyderabad) he didn't care of it.
From the first month, I was facing the problem of low mileage but I thought that it would be resolved after first service. I raised this issue at the service center as well but they told me that I will get mileage after second service. When I raised this issue at my second service time, they told me that it will give you after third service.
Third service is completed last month 3rd. Still, I was not able to get the good mileage max 42kms/ltr which is very low. From the very first day, I have taken all the precautions to get good mileage i.e. not riding above 40kms/hr and regular check-up of tyre pressures, maintaining constant acceleration etc.
I keep on complaining about this on every service and after every service, they used to say that now the mileage will improve. In addition, I personally visited "Bhanu Hero" so many times regarding this issue. Every time, they check some thing and do some thing and say it will be ok, but there is no change and improvement in bike condition.
Moreover, instead of improvement, pickup & mileage problem is getting worse. I think, this vehicle is not properly checked and tested before delivery. They had not taken any action to rectify my problem.
I think the vehicle I am having is having a manufacturing fault. Now, I am thinking that, I did a big mistake by purchasing Hero Glamour bike. So, I need your help regarding this and consider my problem. Please also provide me with good technical support to rectify the defects.
