Cheating airline, looks like selling tickets even after booking done online to make more money. I was refused to get boarding pass with a false reason of late by one minute. I reached airport by 6:04 AM as my departure time was 6:55 AM. I was asked to reach the counter directly as I had 2 min after I was in the queue for some time. In the counter I was informed that there are no seats available. How is that possible booking online with a seat selection, wont have seas in the flight the day of departure. It happened with at least 20 passengers on that time. I saw people from different flights were fighting for the same reason. everyone were saying they were not delayed but the staff were reluctant to listen and straightaway rejecting everyone. The people with families were suferring. Finally they agreed to get the ticket for the evening flight byt the prices were told us 5 times higher. If we check online the same flight shows much more lesser amount.

Overall this Indigo is cheating people. Please avoid using this flieght.
