i. I had purchased an Intex Cloud Swift-4G (Champagne) dual sim mobile on Jan. 29, 2016 through Shopcj.com.
ii. After using only three month, the battery of mobile got dead. When I approached the authorized service centre at Nagpur, they replaced the defective battery after 15 days.
iii. Again, after using only two months, touch system of the mobile stopped working and subsequently I approached the authorized service centre at Nagpur and submitted the mobile set for repairing on Sept. 06, 2016.
iv. On Oct. 13, 2016 (after a period of 37 days), they supplied me an old and roughly used mobile as replacement. Since, they did not provide my own mobile; I refused to accept the same.
v. Until now (Nov. 22, 2016), they did not provide my handset and your customer care unit is arguing same excuses on regular basis that they are trying to resolve the problem.
vi. I have spent more than Rs. 1000/- for conversations (about 25-30 times) with your customer care No. 18601085555, but neither got my mobile set nor able to contact any senior official /Area Sales Manager.
