I had purchased sharp (Aquos) LED 32 " ; Model LC-32LE350M ; Sr No : 304771807 from your company and was running smoothly with ordinary set top box of dish TV with 3 cables RYB . But now when we purchased HD set top box , it failed to work . When got checked by your engineer , he told us that HD port is not working and is defective and needs replacement of parts .
I want to know from the company that when this port was never used before , than how can it be faulty . It seems that the TV was supplied to us with defective port , which could not be checked as HD set top box was not there at that time .
And this is fault of the company that TV was delivered defective at the time of supply . Pl look into the matter and arrange to get the same replaced free of cost
Dear Consumer Forum, I have placed order in flipkart web site for the TV under exchange scheme as per price displayed in Flipkart website on 25/12/2016 with Order ID: OD107946214744015000 (1 Item)- Vu 102cm (40) Ultra HD (4K) Smart LED TV Flipkart is not owning the any responsability for the above order No. 1. on collecting the payment, approve the process of ordered item to be delivered, 2. Cancell the order to their own reasons of exploiting the below terms and conditions bound by customer a."Price not matching in the online stores displayed." b. "System error for the Proce displayed" c. "Flipkart has discimer to customer to bound for any change in cancelling order" d. "All rights to change price any time after placing order by customer." e. "Refund will take bank process of 4-5 working days," All these are clear indication, they are violating consumer terms bound by law and cheat the customers for their own business benfit and utilize the money for your business needs. Kindly request you to look into the loop holes in their system and address the issue on priority inorder to avoid further cheating of consumer across nation. Regards Mohan M
This complaint is regarding TV booked to shipped from Pune to Dhanbad through first flight courier. on 25th october 2016 i have booked a LED TV from Kharadi office pune along with Risk Coverage and at the time of booking they promised me that if anything happen to your TV we will refund you the full amount of TV which is 18000.After they delivered the TV on 29th October 2016 i found my TV with damaged screen, I immediately reported about this along with the photo to the first flight office, kharadi, pune but they said as it is holiday so our owner is not here please come to our office on 2nd Nov. I went there then they said we have requested a DRS copy so come on 5th Nov. I went on 5th then they said as DRS is not reached to us so come on monday i went there then they are saying that you should have returned the TV on 29th itself we cannot do anything. After lots of discussion they told me to write a letter to first flight to process claim request and in the evening they refused to process claim giving a reason of glass item. from then i am taking follow up with the owner of the shop but he is saying we will process.Now from yesterday he is not even receiving my call. Can anyone help me on this as of now i am frustrated.Cost of broken items : Rs. 18000Please help me on this.Regards, Abhishek kumar
dud i am having croma LED and its in warranty period. while buying this from malad branch they said if the TV is not working then it will be replaced and now when it is not working even though the croma service person has visited twice and after changing mother board, and few more parts still he says that the back light is not working. worst part is you have to call there customer care many times and at the end they will provide you some contact no which is of some soo called customer relationship manager Ms Pratima and that is always switched off. So i wuld suggest to all viewer not to buy their products if you dont believe me then you all can check with the following INvoice no of croma SLF02A002010001366
