On 1st Nov-2016,I booked Ola cab through their App, for Mini cab from Bimbisar Nagar to Dadar Station. When the vehicle arrived just inquired with Driver he said you have booked for mini but Prime Vehicle has been sent by Call center, and while billing your charges will be converted to mini cab charges. However not to argue with driver I called their call center while travelling.( @ 12.42 hrs) While inquiring with call center, Surprisingly they told me that I have booked Prime vehicle, whereas in their app even the provision is there it wrongly takes as prime vehicle. Hence I requested to correct or have a complaint. But the call center not registered my complaint. Hence I forced to pay Rs. 336/- for 16.8 K.M. As I was to catch train to go out station, I was helpless to go any other authorities to register my complaint. I have Screen shot of the Charged doc. with me. Where as while returningI booked Uber vehicle which charged me Rs. 222.88 for the same distance on 4th Nov.2016 @ 0545 hrs.( The screen Shots can produced when ever required)
For such a complaint someone where should go being in time constraint.
On their app there should be confirmation after booking what type of vehicle is booked and what has been sent, before to seat in the vehicle.
This is just Gundaraj of Ola Cabs booking center. 
My Ernest request to Authorities who are allowing to such fraudulent operators should be stopped immediately and if all together permission to be given then they should refine their app, so that there should be double confirmation like on Money transfer apps of the various Banks. 
This is my complaint so that one should be punished for their faulty App.
And Ola Cab should refund the diffidence of fare which is charged more to me. ( Rs. 336 - Rs. 222.8 = Rs. 113.12) 
At present I am requesting to resolve the complaint amicably, if not listened then I am forced to go higher authorities to get justice, and to stop such malpractices on Ola apps.
