 I am updating the fraud and escalating the issue for below order for which I am NOT satisfied with quality and ordered for refund as per Snapdeal easy 100% return and refund policy (easy?..it is worst nightmare for me).

Placed on 20 Oct, 2016       (E-Comfort Bluetooth Mobile Smartwatch With GSM SIM Card and Camera)
 
First I did the refund of product after a day for being not satisfied with quality. Its GSM SIM Card slot is non-functional.
 
As soon I placed the refund it says in a day. The Snapdeal website for my ordered product is showing the graphical status for pickup and refund in that process line with message that there will be call back in 24 hours but nothing happened till a week so I called customer care number of Snapdeal and the executive confirmed that he will take care and the product will be picked up within 24 hours. He apologies for the inconvenience. Till today nothing happened, no callback no update from Snapdeal and I got a SMS message that service engineer will be there soon to repair the product. I checked the website and found the fraud in the graphical list for order as it removed the pickup and refund process. And the status is closed at delivered for the product and pickup and refund icons/process are removed. This is a clear fraud of manipulating the sequence orders and changing the refund process to repair process.
I again called Snapdeal customer care and didn't get any satisfactory answer and trying to avoid. I chat in the Snapdeal website that shows against the product with screenshots attached, who too reluctant to answer back even after repeated reminder. Screenshot for chat is attached showing that Snapdeal executive is trying to avoid and stop replying for which I logged out after getting no response till 10 min. and with 3 reminders after gap of few min. specifically when I asked the contact person for escalation in chat. I waited for around 10 minutes in chat window without any reply from the person named Cera.
 
Looking for my refund and alert everyone for the fraud and fishy things going behind the website of Snapdeal to cheat the customers.

    There is no update on above complaint even after months..Snapdeal is clearly doing Fraud..ALL BEWARE...
