For my mother i booked a separate seat of lower berth in middle of that bus (KA registered) but your staff's gave a last berth in another PY registered bus (No is 1155). The worst part is that both of that PY conductor & driver behaved very badly when asked about that why last berth allocated for my mother. Both of conductor & driver spoke like a rowdy/goon when asked about why last seat was allocated? May i get any other seat for my mother? I never such a worst staff's from any bus service provider in Bangaore. I should say the way they behaved, i must have compliant to police but i really do want to give any travel related issues to other passengers. Moreover when i asked about that conductor & driver name to complain to head office they literally asked me to get down the bus by behaving like "Son of the bitches". (sorry but i should say this). Your Srs bommanahlli representative also not helped me to get their name but he asked me to complain in head office. I will never ever book tickets in Srs in future. Even if i do not get the ticket, i will never book or recommend any of my family/relatives to choose SRS. Now its up to your Srs management what sort of action you are going to take against your rowdy conductor & drivers. Bunch of idiots who are working as staffs in your company. Since we are paying you money (mind it not travelling for free), your management & your staff's should behave with us in a prompted way, not like THUGS. Let me see what inquiry / action you are going to take on those punks.
