I  have brought a new mi power bank in April 2016, there's a charging issue in it so i have submitted it to xiaomi exclusive srevice center on 25th july 2016. And it took 2 months and 15 days to return it . And now i claim to company to extend my warranty because it was submitted to your service centre for 2 months and 15 days .i have mailed many times and they replied same all the time to wait for few days and never called me back or mailed me back. My Incident number is 160922-006114. My complaint nubmer is 160827002022
