Good Afternoon,


 


 


It is with sincere regret that I feel I must write this letter to you regarding the unprofessional and discourteous treatment I had received from the Gyaenic lady Doctor at the Yashoda hospitals Malakpet. 


 


 To discuss in detail , I'm Sonal from Hyderabad. I opted Yashoda hospital for pre-employment check up as I'm joining Aviation department. I opted for a package and underwent tests.


 


I first went to hospital on 22 December 2016 and upon receiving the reports had consulted gyaenic Doctor named Jyothsna M V on 31 December 2016.


 


As per my company doctor, she advised to write the  investigations made by the hospital doctor to be in written note just like other doctors.


 


The doctor was teaching me about Ultrasound where as I was discussing about Complete Blood Count.Im very clear about it.She started telling me ultrasound is generally performed once in 6 months which I felt is inappropriate matter.As she is elder to me I respect her and moreover I'm a lady too ;so I understand.I said ok Mam.


 


She started shouting on me when i was asking her if to repeat  CBP after a month.Like you're no one to demand what to write in  prescription. I don't have any right and all.Where as I never begged her to write .As a patient I just asked what ever she advised.I completely know my rights  and I'm well educated what to talk and what not.She said the other lady doctor sitting with her that don't know who allows such people to enter inside hospital.Such people should be left at desk itself.Her behaviour being a lady doctor that too gyaenic doctor was very rude ...arrogant.


 


I told her politely.Mam you're taking me wrong.First of all you dint  understand my problem .Second thing is being a doctor you must know how to talk to a patient.


 


She started shouting in cabin that go to hell .Go and complaint whom ever you want to.I asked her name.She denied  and said go ahead with complaint. I don't bother and all and told me get lost.


 


I said i have right to consult you as i had paid for the charges and was advised to meet you.Upon paying money I had such a treatment by doctor.Just  think of other cases who walks in free of cost. 


 


I just asked her name so that next time whenever I visit the hospital,I will make sure I won't get her appointment.


 


I understand a team of employees together are an image of company.And mistake made by one doctor should not  make the hospital be blamed or affect others job.






I have always been polite and courteous to each and every  staff at Yashoda Hospitals Malakpet.  I feel this type of behavior on their part is completely unwarranted and unethical for persons in any business setting and especially a health care agency.  The only reason that I will continue to go to this particular hospital is because of Mrs Durga at front desk (Diagnostics).  She has always gone out of her way to be of utmost help in any given situation.  I wholeheartedly respect her demeanor and her medical attention.   She is definitely the best in her profession. 


 


 


In conclusion, may I suggest that particular employees be provided training on how to appropriately deal with patients.  I would also like to add my heartfelt thanks to the members on staff who have always been very cordial and a pleasure to interact with.  I know that they know who they are and they also know who meets the criteria listed above.
