I booked a ticket for Coimbatore to Bangalore on 11th October at 10.30 PM in KPN. My ticket number is TJAU89243376. I tried to cancel the ticket but got the message as that my ticket cannot be cancelled.So on 11th Oct, We went to KPN to board the bus.But our name was not in the list and KPN informed us that our ticket has been cancelled.You didn't provide us any intimation regarding the cancellation.You didn't refund the amount.Did you ever think what we will do at that time.Being such a reputed website how can you commit such a blunder? If you cannot manage properly or care about your customers, please don't waste our time. Not even a single message.Yesterday I paid another Rs.4500 again and traveled in the bus after a lot of struggle. Now you are responsible for my Rs.3453. I have to receive my amount within 3 to 4 days. If u want further information regarding the cancellation contact KPN. You can confirm with them.I have also attached the e-ticket which you provided and the cancellation form which KPN provided. Pay for your mistake.I need my money without any reduction.Also, I have sent a complaint mail for which u didnt respond.And I tried calling you, but you are not at all picking my calls.
