Hi, I had gotten a Tikona connection (which was not what they said) but paid for it anyway. I requested a cancellation because I was moving out of the aprtment to another location. For 2 months I kept asking them to stop the connection, which they did after 2 months but expect me to opay for those 2 months. When i declined and complained to customer care, they told me they will fix it. They fixed it by making a case aginst me and sending me to police stations and courtrooms. I will lodge and FIR and consumer case aginst Tikona aswell. They have till date as I see haraassed thousands of unknowing people through keeping knowledge and misrepresentaion. Their trend to harass people needs to stop. The company should be closed down.
